Camera Groups
Cameras that are on the same layout can be combined in Groups. Groups are convenient when working with a large number of cameras and in the case of extensive projects. In the PDF report, cameras can be divided into Groups. In the PDF report, you can include drawings of separated fragments for each group of cameras.
As well as positions, Groups can be used to model multisensor cameras.
The panel can be stretched horizontally and vertically by grabbing by the mouse. You can drag rows of camera groups with the mouse on the left edge. The order of the camera groups in the table determines the order of the camera groups in the PDF report.
Groups have the following parameters, which can be quickly changed by noting checkboxes in the table or editing values:
Groups are named automatically. To rename, select the cell by the mouse name and type the new name.
Cameras can be added to the active group using the AddCam tools. New cameras or cameras created as a result of pasting will also be added to the active group. Only one group can be active.
The third part of the Status bar displays the name of the active camera group. Clicking on the third part opens the menu for selecting the active group, calling the Camera groups window and quickly assigning selected cameras to any group.
Cameras in this group can be selected for editing. This parameter is useful for protecting some cameras from editing.
Cameras of a visible group are visible in the Graphics window.
Cameras of a hidden group are displayed in gray in the background.
Cameras of a 3D visible group are visible in the 3D World.
Cameras of this group will be included in the PDF report.
If this checkbox is checked, the group becomes similar to one construction. The whole group is selected by clicking on any camera from the group. Instead of the names of each camera near one of the cameras the name of the group displays.
This option allows groups to be used to model multisensor cameras. In this case, all the cameras of the group are located at one point. To activate individual cameras, use the Activate the next camera in the group button. Use the multisensor icon for multisensor cameras.

When drawing a camera in the vertical projection of the Graphics window, its height will be equal to the sum of the camera installation height, the camera base height and the height in the parameters of the group to which the camera belongs, if the Base heights of cameras in vertical projection checkbox is checked.
Paint cameras from the group by specified color. Filling of camera view areas is colored only if the Pixel density visualization of this camera is disabled. White color means no special color.
