With a personal or corporate license, you can transfer the program to new computers yourself. The number of reinstallations is unlimited.

To transfer the program to a new computer:

1. Uninstall the program from your old computer just like other Windows programs.

The computer must have access to the Internet. During uninstallation, the program contacts the server and releases the license for activation on any other computer. If uninstallation from the old computer is not possible, please contact technical support.

2. Install and activate the program on a new computer.

The computer must have access to the Internet. You will need to enter the registration code.

If you removed the license from your old computer without uninstalling it, or if you didn't have Internet access during the uninstallation, you won't be able to activate the program on your new computer.

To resolve this issue, reinstall VideoCAD on your old computer, activate it, and uninstall it while connected to the Internet. If you have any issues, please contact technical support.

Just install the program on a new computer and connect the USB dongle. When you first start it, enter the registration code.

A license with dongle does not limit the number of computers on which the program can be installed simultaneously, so uninstalling from the old computer is not required. Internet access is not required.

The program can only run on a computer with connected USB dongle. If you need to run the program on the old computer, first connect the USB dongle to it, and then run the program.

Never disconnect the USB dongle while the program is running. This may damage the working project and program settings. If this happens, completely uninstall the program and install it again.
