How can I get a Tutorial on CCTV design with VideoCAD

Pls kindly could any one tell me were to find a CCTV DESIGN WITH VIDEOCAD tutorials & also a setup as well to enable me work with the Project I have at hand.

Part 2. Person detection area, person identification area, license plate reading area. Spatial resolution.
Part 3. 3D modeling in VideoCAD

VideoCAD 9 has a new tutorial First project with VideoCAD step by step. It is highly recommended for beginners.
Other teaching articles are based on previous versions of VideoCAD. They lack new tools, but particular topics are considered in details.
