VideoCADD sudden crash

Dear Support,

My program crashed on a machine that was running well for the past 4 months, we were trying to give a presentation to a client and we got a memory violation error, we tried to reinstall but the error kept happening, the platform was windows XP, I tried the installation on a different machine and got the same result.

Could you please help.

Try to remember which changes have been made in operation system before error (new software, new hardware etc.). Which protection is used (dongle or HID)?

I tried the installation on a different machine and got the same result.

It is very strange. Is seems another PC has the same problem. You should stop all running software during registration procedure. Please contact us by e-mail for detailed instructions.
