Cut, Copy & Paste between layers

Just an enquiry.

I understood that it is possible to cut, copy and paste cameras between layers. But what about cut, copy and paste cameras between layers while retaining their camera names?

When you paste copied cameras, new cameras will be created and the New camera box appears. In the New camera box you can enter any name including name coincided with the name of copied camera.

Try also the Numerate cameras tool. Menu>Camera>Numerate cameras. Using this tool you can rename several cameras sequentially according to adjustable pattern.
